Basic crusty bread!
4 cups of flour
7 gr easy bake yeast
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 - 2 cups of water

Mix all the ingredients together. Cover the bowl with foil and let it raise for 18 hrs (for best results). You can leave it for less than 18, but more than 10hrs are needed.
After you've waited more than enough, cover your hands in flour, because the dough is VERY STICKY and transfer it on to a dusted surface. Sprinkle flower on the dough and slightly press it to make it flat. Put it in your baking dish and cover it. Let it raise for 2 more hrs. Preheat the oven to 200*C and place the bread in the middle of the oven. Bake for about 30-35mins. When you tap on the bread, it should sound hollow.

Maple, Nut & Chocolate Granola
3 cups oats
1/2 cup of maple syrup
1 tea spoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup of cocoa
1 cup (or more) of chopped or whole nuts
1/2 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2-1 cup of chocolate chips

It's very easy...Mix the dry ingredients (without the chocolate chips). Mix the wet ingredients. Mix them all together. Then preheat your oven to 150C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and put your pix on it. Make sure it's in a thin layer and put it in the oven. Mix it every 10mins. 40-50mins later, your granola is ready. Take it out of the oven and leave it to cool. Once it's no longer even warn, add your chocolate chips!
Your granola is perfect with milk, yogurt or even ice cream.
